 Kenco Transportation, LLC is proud to announce that Richard Scott, an 18-year veteran of the transportation and logistics industry, was recently promoted to Director of Transportation.
In his new position, Richard will lead new transportation initiatives including improving operational controls and new business development, establishing and developing synergies between Kenco Transportation, LLC and the recently acquired Chattanooga Freight Bureau, and further developing and maintaining business relationships with other companies in the Kenco family of companies.
Prior to joining Kenco in June of 2005, Scott served in several transportation management roles in multiple transportation fields including Less-Than Truckload (LTL), cryogenics, chemicals, and bulk food transport.
Mr. Scott is a graduate of the University of Denver where he earned is Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Richard currently resides Ringgold, GA with his wife, Donna, and son, Jerek. In his spare time, he enjoys playing softball and golf.
