 Software releases are done typically at six-month intervals. This can vary depending on the amount of modification work that is done for new customers, and the demands from the users of the WES system. In many cases, small changes and/or enhancements are delivered as work is completed, rather than waiting to release all of the changes and/or enhancements in the next schedule upgrade.
Our goal is to be very responsive to requests from our users, and if we know a modification will help improve productivity, we try to deliver this as soon as possible.
