Warehousing - Contract
While we have been in the warehousing business since 1950, our contract warehousing division began in 1967 when Kenco was selected by DuPont to operate one of its nylon facilities. Today over 17 million of Kenco's 22 million square feet of warehouse space is dedicated to contract customers. Names such as Whirlpool, General Mills, GlaxoSmithKline, and BristolMyers-Squibb are just a few of our valued client list.
When considering a logistics partner, experience is paramount. Our average facility is over 300,000 square feet. Our low management turnover means the knowledge gained from these start-ups is still on staff, ready to make your start-up a seamless one - on time and on budget.
Warehousing - Public
Kenco began as a public warehouse company in Chattanooga, TN in 1950. Today nearly 25% of our warehouse space is operated on this flexible basis.
We own or operate over five million square feet of public warehouse space nationwide. We are among the top providers of warehouse services in the southeast and continue to expand our services across the United States.
