Kenco held its Tenth Annual Managers’ Meeting May 3-5 at The Chattanooga Convention and Trade Center.
This year’s theme was based on the best-selling novel by Thomas L. Friedman, “The World is Flat.” Over 100 site managers from across the country attended sessions where they received valuable training on topics including industry trends, safety, human resources, and best practices. There were 19 speakers and six concurrent sessions in which managers learned about project management, interviewing and performance management, and Kenco’s new Quality Management System, “All 10s in 2010.” The purpose of the meeting was to provide Kenco’s leadership with skills and knowledge that drive positive results, delivering on customers’ expectations and while reducing customers’ costs.
This annual meeting is just a small percentage of the total training provided to Kenco’s management team.
