Kenco Partners With Werc On 2013 DC Measures Study
Kenco partnered with the Warehousing Education and Research Council (WERC) to sponsor a report focusing on key distribution metrics and how warehousing performance has changed in recent years. The report entitled “DC Measures 2013” benchmarks the best-in-class companies, highlights critical metrics, and explains the requirements for success.
The study includes:
- 44 key operational metrics grouped into 5 sets: customer, operational, financial, capacity/quality, and employee.
- Trends for key metrics over the past ten years.
- Five new metrics that have been added to better understand safety and performance.
We hope this report provides actionable insights into key processes; the technology that supports them; and improved ROI performance in the supply chain,” says Sean Coakley, senior vice president, Kenco.
