Kenco Promotes Liddie, Minghini And Weber To Vice President Posts
Kenco, a leading provider of value-added distribution, public warehousing, transportation services and intelligent information technology, announces the promotions of three executives: Brad Liddie, vice president, operations (Stryker-Medical); Jason Minghini, vice president, best practices; and Shanon Weber, vice president, operations (Green Mountain Coffee Roasters).

Brad Liddie, vice president, operations (Stryker-Medical) has taken full responsibility for supporting Kenco’s service to Stryker-Medical with his promotion from director, operations. He joined Kenco in 2001 as an operations supervisor and—most recently—played a key role in support of Stryker’s regional distribution center network rollout. Prior to joining Kenco, Liddie served as a U.S. Marine, including a deployment to Iraq for Operation Enduring Freedom.
Jason Minghini, vice president, best practices extends his direction and oversight of Kenco’s quality and engineering areas with his promotion from senior director of best practices. His efforts have already strengthened the company’s focus on best practices, differentiating Kenco from its competitors. To date, Minghini has successfully replaced silos with an integrated environment of learning and innovation to help facilitate the introduction of a new Kenco Operating System (KOS). He is committed to the continual, incremental rollout of KOS, which is designed to be both prescriptive and cohesive.
Shanon Weber, vice president, operations (Green Mountain Coffee Roasters GMCR) has taken full responsibility for supporting Kenco’s service to GMCR/Keurig with her promotion from senior director, operations. Weber manages over 1.2 million square feet of warehouse space in four facilities that are primarily for Green Mountain. She joined Kenco in 2002 as general manager in Nashville, Tennessee. Weber has been in the logistics and warehouse sector since 1999.
