I. Information Collection and Use

Kenco created this privacy policy to describe our information gathering and dissemination practices with respect to information we collect through our website. By using our website and specifically by signing up for our mailing lists or downloaded our content you consent to our collection and use of your personal information as is described in this Privacy Policy.  If we change our Privacy Policy, we will post those changes to this website.  This privacy policy is effective as of May 25, 2018. Because the Internet is global, information about you that we collect, or that you submit, may be transferred to, processed in, and held in countries (including the United States) other than the one in which you reside. By using our website, you explicitly consent to such use of your information and agree to the terms of this privacy policy.

  1. Information We Automatically Collect

We automatically collect certain information to help us understand how visitors use our website. For example, each time you visit our website we automatically collect information about your computer or mobile device including your IP address, data collected by Cookies, browser and device type, access time, the webpage from which you came, and the webpage(s) that you access during your visit. We also use Cookies (which are small amounts of data sent from a web server to your browser that are stored on your computer hard drive) to keep track of your browsing history, to validate your identity, to tailor our website to meet your personal interests, and to improve the quality of our website.

We do not sell any of this information to third parties. The data collected via tracking technologies is used for internal improvement of our content and advertising strategies. Through these technologies we gain a better understanding of our customers, which allows us to customize content and ads that are uniquely relevant to them.

By accessing our site, you acknowledge, understand and agree that we have your consent to utilize Cookies on your device and track your activity on our site. In order to disable many of the functions of tracking technologies, access your browser settings and delete existing Cookies/history, then disable future Cookies. Please note that Flash Cookies cannot typically be removed through browser settings.

  2. Google Ad Settings

  4. Lucky Orange
  5. Wistia

Please note that these opt-outs are browser-specific, meaning they only take effect in the browser they are applied to. Please also note that there are some Flash Cookies that cannot normally be disabled in browser settings.

  1. Subscription and Contact Form Information

Subscribing to our blog requires an email address. We do not sell email addresses or any other personalized data to third parties. Email click patterns and aggregate data which cannot be tracked to individuals may be gathered by analytics sites. Each blog email will include a link to unsubscribe from the newsletter.

Filling out our Contact Us Form requires a first and last name, company, and email address. A phone number and further information is optional. The contact form data is used to communicate with site users and potential clients.

Contacting us directly and filling out forms are the only means by which we collect personalized data on site users. All other data is anonymous.

  1. Geolocation Information

If a user permits our site to access location information, we may compile aggregate data on the city, country or region that our users are in whenever they access our website. If a user does not allow location information to be shared, we may gather general regional information based on the user’s automatically collected IP address. This information is used to customize our content and marketing efforts based on the geographic location of our site visitors.

  1. Social Platform Registrations and Social Media Plugins

Our website includes social media buttons that link to Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus and LinkedIn. Accessing these sites allows them to gather data based on your activity on social media platforms, the Kenco site and other internet activity. These sites have separate privacy policies that may differ from our own. We encourage you to read through them if you intend to use these sites.

  1. Children Under the Age of 13

We do not intentionally gather any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 without express consent from a parent or guardian. Our services are intended for business who can utilize logistics services; thus, our marketing efforts do not target children or minors. If we discover or are notified that we have collected personal information about a visitor under the age of 13, we will remove that information from our records promptly.

II. Our Information Sharing Practices
