Kenco created this privacy policy to describe our information gathering and dissemination practices with respect to information we collect through our website. By using our website and specifically by signing up for our mailing lists or downloaded our content you consent to our collection and use of your personal information as is described in this Privacy Policy.  If we change our Privacy Policy, we will post those changes to this website.  This privacy policy is effective as of May 25, 2018. Because the Internet is global, information about you that we collect, or that you submit, may be transferred to, processed in, and held in countries (including the United States) other than the one in which you reside. By using our website, you explicitly consent to such use of your information and agree to the terms of this privacy policy.

We automatically collect certain information to help us understand how visitors use our website.   1. Subscription and Contact Form Information

Subscribing to our blog requires an email address. We do not sell email addresses or any other personalized data to third parties. Email click patterns and aggregate data which cannot be tracked to individuals may be gathered by analytics sites. Each blog email will include a link to unsubscribe from the newsletter.

Filling out our Contact Us Form requires a first and last name, company, and email address. A phone number and further information is optional. The contact form data is used to communicate with site users and potential clients.

Contacting us directly and filling out forms are the only means by which we collect personalized data on site users. All other data is anonymous.

  1. Geolocation Information

If a user permits our site to access location information, we may compile aggregate data on the city, country or region that our users are in whenever they access our website. If a user does not allow location information to be shared, we may gather general regional information based on the user’s automatically collected IP address. This information is used to customize our content and marketing efforts based on the geographic location of our site visitors.

Our website includes social media buttons that link to Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus and LinkedIn. Accessing these sites allows them to gather data based on your activity on social media platforms, the Kenco site and other internet activity. These sites have separate privacy policies that may differ from our own. We encourage you to read through them if you intend to use these sites.

  1. Children Under the Age of 13

We do not intentionally gather any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 without express consent from a parent or guardian. Our services are intended for business who can utilize logistics services; thus, our marketing efforts do not target children or minors. If we discover or are notified that we have collected personal information about a visitor under the age of 13, we will remove that information from our records promptly.

Service Providers. From time to time, we may enter into relationships with third parties who provide services to us. In those circumstances, we disclose information about you that is necessary for such service providers to perform those services.
